About Our Office!
Healthy Weight Loss Center of Leesburg, Inc is a private medical facility that is not participating with any insurance plans nor will we submit claims for these services.
We will provide you with receipts for your personal health and tax record. Our services are covered under the IRS definition of medical care. Costs are posted in our office. We will be happy to mail you a brochure via email or regular mail. You may also contact our staff at (352) 360-0148 ext 2.
